Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used.

Products damaged by misuse.

Gift cards (if applicable).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
